MIAMI HEIST IS A HAZY DOUBLE IPA BREWED WITH CENTENNIAL AND CITRA HOPS. AT FIRST APPROACH YOU’LL FIND BRIGHT AROMAS OF CITRUS, MELON, AND TROPICAL FRUITS EXPLODING FROM THE GLASS. THE USE OF OATS AND WHEAT HELPS TO BALANCE THE BEER WITH A GENTLE SWEETNESS AND LUSCIOUS TEXTURE THAT SOFTENS THE HOPS AS THEY LAND ON THE PALATE.

Have had numerous times and just don’t love this beer. Restrained in all aspect. That said, I love visiting the brewery whenever down there and so many good things tk try.

Can from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours gold - more translucent than hazy. Aroma is citrus, guava, melon. Med body. Not dry. Moderately bitter. Flavor is mostly tropical. Citrus, passion fruit, guava, melon. Nice flavor.

Draft at Libertine Pub, Morro Bay. Nose is citrus, honeydew, and a hint of banana. Murky pale pastel yellow with a big white, heavy lacing head. Flavor is lightly bitter, fruity, light sweetness, and a hint of tart. Nice and super easy to drink

Draft. Murky golden beer with cream head. Tropical fruit and light grapefruit aroma. tropical fruit and grapefruit flavor with backing malt. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Tropical fruit and grapefruit linger with backing malt.
