Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Yeast and light summer fruit aroma. Spice and yeast flavor with light summer fruit. Medium bodied. Light summer fruit lingers with spice and yeast.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated November 17, 2020. Aroma is balanced with medium light esters of stone fruit, pear, hints of red apple and lemon. Medium light grain notes with hints of bread. Light herbal, grassy, peppery phenolic and hop notes. Pours a slightly hazy, brilliant gold with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with moderate malt notes of cracker, grain and lighter caramel. Moderately strong bitterness and hints of alcohol. Medium esters of stone fruit, pear and hints of citrus. Medium light herbal, peppery, woody hop notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low, but present astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent saison. Lots of phenolics and ester notes with balanced malt and phenolic notes. Solid bitterness that is accentuated by the finish.
