Backlog. Sample at CBC Green Session 2016. Light amber color, absolutely no head. Aroma and taste of winter apples, sticky marmalade, some honey and a bit of spice. Pretty smooth.

Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Green Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Sahtipaja The Grenade ].Unclear light to medium yellow amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple - honey - bubble gum - minerals. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet apple, apple pie, honey, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160514] 7-2-7-3-14

Bottle via trade, thanks Timo. Orange, col blanc retombant rapidement. Arôme est plaisant alternant entre onctuosité et douceur des effluves de miel et un nez plus acerbe de pomme et pomme grenade. Le tout laisse cependant se dissiper de belles effluves de vanille et une pointe de caramélisé en rétro-nasal. Palais est plaisant avec une belle effervescence, petite touche acerbe rappelant la pomme mais complété par un miel qui apporte une certaine balance douce et sucrée sans jamais être dans le surfait. Pointe épicée sur la fin avec un petit côté de gousse de vanille.

Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - pours orange with a tiny head. Aroma and taste is very sweet with notes of apple and pomegranate, some honey, caramel, resonating sweet finish.

Draught on CBC 2016, Green session. Hazy amber-orange body. Fast setting head. Poor lacing. Restrained aroma of bread and dried fruits. Sweet taste of mid-dry apples and peaches. Dry and sweet fruity ending. Gets a tad too sweet. So and so (Øksnehallen, Copenhagen 14.05.2016).

Sampled at CBC 2016 - second day. Tons of peaches, apricots and apple cider in the nose. The taste follows the same notes, with added sugar and honey.
