Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2015, National Winter Ales Festival (2015), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE. [ As Big Rabbit Orange Elephant ].Clear medium orange color with a small to average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting - diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hop oil, fruity, pale malt, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150211]

Cask at The Rising Sun, Berkhamstead, Saturday 6th February 2016 Hazy gold orange with a few islands of film on top. Aroma is a little non existant, there is a little malt but not too much else. Fairly straightforward session cask ale, a bit of citrus. Decent. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

9th July 2015
Chelmsford Beer Festival. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light with modest fine carbonation. Nice mellow orange and a little orange squash. Trace of lemon and a whisper of ester. Mild marmalade before a semi dry finish. Goes down easy.

Bubblegum and coriander and clove. Some oranges but lacking conditioning.
