Our ‘Provision’ Saison changes to reflect the seasons in the inspirational countryside. This year the hedgerows were laden and we have blended in a large portion of rosehips to give a subtle and enticing colour to the beer.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren Pours almost clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast and hint of citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty, malty and light citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft

Bottle, no idea where. Yeasty, Belgian farm aroma. Funky brett. Deep gold. Gorgeous subtle flavour. Slight apricot / peach, fruit, floral. Amazing.

Bottle from Hoptimism day 18 of my advent calendar. Deep rose colour with a white head. Herby and berry fruity with a citrus hint. Taste dry to light sour. Medium body, refreshing. Amazing beer.

Bottle from Best of Beers. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber/pink. Aroma and taste are fruits, berries, rosehibs, malt, hops and has a nice fruity finish.

Bottle from Lupe Pintos, Edinburgh. Appearance - golden with a generous head. Nose - candied lemon and light spice. Taste - white pepper and dried orange. Palate - light bodied, long and lean. Good spicy linger. Overall - saison by numbers, well brewed chaps!

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry floral, wet hay, weeds, flowers, yeast, minerals, bark, paper, sap, heather, old leafs, hints of metal tank. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, flowers, bark, harsh yeast, hay, old moss, minerals, old leafs, heather, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.
