On tap at Drake's Barrel Room, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of grapes and earthy mustiness. Flavour is quite acidic, with lots of vinous acidity, lacto and some light wild yeast. Very acidic, though tastefully so. Nice stuff.

On tap at the Barrel House. It pours yellow with no head. The aroma is lemony orange with some oak, vanilla, a little white wine and acid. The flavor is smooth and full bodied with a little vanilla and lots of white wine acidity. No alcohol or acetic acid. Very citric tart and lots of grape and spice in the finish. Pretty good stuff actually.
