Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - dark brown coloured pour with brown head. Medium sweet malty aroma and taste, toasty, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, dried fruity and nutty, some spices on the palate, medium sweet bitter finish.

CBC. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is malt, yeast, dark fruit, oak, wood, vanilla, wine and a little oxidized. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, dark fruit, yeast, oak, wood, little vanilla, sweet, warming with notes of alcohol.

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016 - Red session. Black color with beige brown head. Malty aroma, chocolate, caramel, dark dried fruits, vanilla, wood, alcohol. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Full almost creamy body with soft carbonation.

Draught. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Almost black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and light yeasty aroma. Heavy bitter fantastic flavor. Long great finish. Creamy palate.

[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Red session. Black. Aroma of vanilla, bourbon, cookies, dark fruits, chocolate. Sweet flavor with dark fruits, vanilla, bourbon, cookies, some chocolate. Quite full-bodied.

Tap @CBC16. Nearly black, brown bubbles. Boozy, woody aroma. Malt and caramel. Sweet, malty, boozy flavour, fruit and bourbon. Smooth and very drinkable.
