Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Yeast and grape aroma with earthiness. Wine and yeast flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. Wine and yeast linger with light summer fruit and light spice.

Sampled GABF 2014. I was surprised to see this has not been rated or even entered into the database. Light yellow color. Aroma has some oak and yeast. Dry flavor; which I attribute primarily to the saison. Light spices, and dry. Not sweet. A crisp, refreshing saison.
