Aromas of caramel, fruits, toffee, malt & yeast. Tastes of malts, toffee, caramel & fruits leading to a hopped bitterness with a slightly watery finish. Different bottle of beer in my home No. 1221

Appearance is light amber, golden hints, hardly any head. Aroma- caramel malt, toffee, raisin, brown bread. Vague hints of ammonia. Taste- malts, toffee hints, mash tun, hop bitterness, watery finish. Something a little off with this one- a bit flat.

330ml bottle. Pours murky copper, very thin head. Aroma is rather thin, Mouthfeel is oily. Taste is light, thin body, comparable to an ESB possibly. Definitely not a dubbel in any sense of the style. I sense there is possibly a problem with the yeast here. Definitely should not have been put on sale!

330ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden to amber colour with small, frothy, diminishing, moderately lacing, off-white head. Papery, sweet-ish malty aroma, hints of dried fruit, raisin, cautious hints of cinnamon. Taste is identically sweet-ish malty, slightly papery and fruity, hints of raisin, even more cinnamon; almost dry mouthfeel. A one night stand, counted but not recorded.

33 cl bottle @ olio. Bottled 30.10.2014, BBE 30.10.2016
Aroma has sweet, ripe fruits and baking stuff. Also some sugary raisin tones and bready malt. Flavour has sweet bready tones, raisins and some acidic, white wine -like tones. Also some Laitila-like vegetables and pea soup after some sips. Clean and sweet but rather straightforward and nothing to do with dubbel. Partizan can do so much better in other beer styles.
