Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Yellow Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As 18th Street Bretta Back the Funk Up ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, dried fruit, leather, funky, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, wood, oak, hoppy, dry, pale malt, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

Draught@CBC2016 (yellow session). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild toffee and slightly dried wooden notes. Flavour is dry wood, some fruity and floral notes along with some slight maltiness.

Draft. Woody Brett, lemon biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet orange malt and moderately bitter hay/strong Brett flavor. Nice balance and body. Funky.

Draught @ CBC 2016. Pours deep golden with an offwhite head, lacing. Aroma of malt, yeast, brett, wood, fruity hops, citrus. Flavor is dry, malt, yeasty, nicely bretty, wood, little spicy, fruity, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, dry, light acidic and light bitter finish. 130516

[5/13/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Yellow session. Golden. Aroma of yeast, fruitiness, spicy note, a bit of caramel. Dry flavor, slightly tart, fruity, sweetish note, and a bitter hops finish. Medium-bodied.

On tap at CBC 2016, Yellow session. Clear amber coloured body, bubbly ring to the rim of the surface, scattered lacing. Tart citrus nose, half-dry. Flavours of orange and pine sustained by brett towards a lingering finish. Well bodied. Refreshing (Copenhagen 13.05.2016).

Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - pours a fuzzy amber colour with white head. Fruity and malty aroma and taste, some caramel, some citrus fruity and bretty notes, some floral hoppy action into finish.

CBC. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, bretty and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with an acidic edge. 130516
