Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear deep red - brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is dry with mild fine carbonation. Smooth dry malts, rich but not sweet toffee. Floral bitterness. Modest plum, only noticeable on the back end. Bitterish linger. Okay.

Bottle from Corks of Cotham. Dark, ruddy brown with a decent, off-white head. Aroma of coffee, with a hint of port warmth and leafy hops. Light mouth feel, with some dark berry fruits and toasty malts, before a rich, slightly bitter finish with more port evident.
