Our oatmeal brown ale gets aged on cacao nibs and vanilla (beans, not extract) and finished with cold press coffee, yielding a lush, cappuccino-like creaminess. Also, it’s pronounced ka-COW.

A clear dark brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, superb cacao nibs, milk chocolate, light coffee, very nice. In mouth, a nice light cacao with caramel malt, light vanilla, very smooth and silky. On tap at End of Everything beer fest Dec 22 2013.

Tap @ Stub and Herbs Darkness Eve. Pours a bit cloudy, dark brown appearance with a brown head. Chocolate milky, rich cocoa, light coffee, vanilla aroma. A little thin, huge chocolate powder, vanilla, light wood, Hershey’s flavor.
