Appearance: Hazy light amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Banana, yeast, bread, citrus.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Fruit, banana, malt, citrus, wheat.

Draught @ Fermentoren Aarhus, Norregade 24, DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Malmgård Proto #11 ].Hazy - mrky matt medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, weizen yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, banana, clove, yeast - weizen yeast, fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160627]

On tap at OT. Hazy golden/orange with a white head. Aroma of yeast, banana and some bread. Similar taste. Light and with a low bitterness. Nothing special.

Draught (Oliver Twist, Stockholm) - Hazy golden in colour, rather murky. Apple, banana and porridge in the aroma. Earthy and slightly spicy taste with apple, banana, oats and cloves. Has potential but a bit unpolished.

Keg at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Cloudy pale orange, mid sized head. Cellary banana aroma. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity banana and dough. Low bitterness. Not the best release from these guys.

On tap at Basement Beer Bar. A hazy orange colored beer with a small white head. The aroma has a sweetish candy banana touch, with peach and some pale malts and a grassy hint. It’s rather low on carbonation, especially for a weissbier, but it’s pleasant. Medium body, semi sweet. Peaches, banana, candy and some wheat in the flavor, not much bitterness going on. Peachy finish. Sure drinkable and all that, but rather boring and uninteresting. 160622
