From cask at the wonderful Dog & Bell i Depford, London, 28.10.22. Clear golden. White head and lacing. Superb aroma and taste of pale malt, succade and marmalade.

Cask at the Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Amber/gold pour with a white head. Aromas of fresh baked bread, citrus,light spice, sweet fruit. Flavours of pear drops, kiwi fruit, citrus. Good.

Cask gravity at the St Albans BEER festival 2016. A pale golden coloured pour with a a thin off white head. Aroma is sharp lemon rind, floral lemon rind, spicy citrus. Palate is semi sweet, spicy citrus, moderate carbonation. Flavour is semi sweet sticky resinous citrus hop, nutty malts. Palate is semi sweet resinous hop, moderate carbonation. Lingering jammy citrus. Good beer.

Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England [ As Kent Green Giant ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus, phenol, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, earthy hops, citrus,phenol hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141204]

Draft at Pigs Ear 2013 - London. Pours clear gold with a light, bubbly white head. The nose is all ripe orange and white bread. Light-medium sweet flavor with ripe citrus and bready pale malts. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Lightly alcoholic to finish with dry orange and dry pale malts. OK.

Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear, 05/12/13. Very lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white swirl. Nose is orange, bread dough, caramel streak, citric hops. Taste comprises mandarin, toasted malts, orange, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finale with light hop bitterness. Ok cask IPA, lacks the punch I prefer though.

Cask @ Craft Beer Co, Islington. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. Not fresh. 061013

Cask @ Clear golden with tiny head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, toasted and hop. Flavour is malt, caramel, medium sweet, toasted, hop, little toffee and a little bitter.
