Bottle.Dark hazy amber colour with small head.Aroma is sourish and mild with flavour of rosehips and acid nice and we'll balanced beer by style.

Draught at Ølsnedkeren. Slightly hazy amber colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons and rosehip. Taste is sour. Tart fruity finish. Lovely sour.

Planke på Ølsnedkeren mars-18: let uklar rødgylden med godt skum der varer. Nydelig aroma og smag, sursyrlig med en maltsødme der balancerer ypperlig. Røde bær, saftig, elegant og kort sagt kveldens bedste. Lækker, saftig og lang eftersmag.

A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of rosehips, malt, caramel, funk, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sour with notes of malt, alcohol, rosehips, wood, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish.

From tap. Pours hazy amber, small off white head. Aroma is wineous, sour and fruity. Dry, citric, fruity. Sourish. Lingering fruity. Dry and citric. Smooth fruity finish.

At a tasting, thanks, almost no head, cloudy murky dried apricot color, muted aroma of bread, minerals and peach, flavor of apple, fruits and metal, slightly tannic, lightish sweetness, light sourness. Fair but quite simple.

Draught @ Mig & Olsnedkeren, Mejlgade 12, DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Brøggeren Hyben Rose ].Light unclear medium amber color with a small, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate yeasty, vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, wood, caramel, sour fruit, vinegar notes. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160627]
