Gravity cask at Cambridge Winter Ales Festival 2015. 7.7%. Light to mid broen, hazy. A small crown of loitering white head. Vinous, yeasty, slightly scented with papaya and apricot. Candy sugar sweet taste with a slight bitter edge; very finely balanced. Nice carbonation for gravity cask but I find the palate slightly too viscous. An intense and enjoyable experience overall. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Hazy gold beer, few pale cream colour bubbles. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Light fine carbonation. Smooth and sweetish malts. Tingling alcohol spice. Sweet crystallised orange fruits contrasted by bitterish orange peel. Touch of aniseed. Light dry finish with a bitter citric peel linger. Tasty but spicy.
