500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Grassy and slightly perfumy floral, hoppy aroma, biscuity malty background, a yeasty, earthy touch halfway between gooseberry brush and long drop (freshly cleaned). Taste is minimally sweet pale and biscuity malty, mellow fruity hoppy overtones, hints of mirabelle, gooseberry, a mineral touch. Very nice.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from Ales by Mail. Pours clear, quite pale yellow with a fluffy white head. Clean biscuity pale malt aroma with nips of straw and lemon peel. Light sweet flavor with simple pale bready sugars, subtly tangy lemon, light rindy bitterness, some grass, hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Crisp and refreshing on the finish with more light lemon had acted, biscuity malts, soft hitter hay. Very easygoing and super drinkable.

Bright clear gold beer, good white head. Palate is light with a good minerally crispness. Smooth light pale malt. Interesting hop profile - light lemon and lime with a blossoming bitterness. Touch of floralness before a light finish. Very good, super drinkable and the best thing I’ve had from this brewery.
