0.33 l bottle, huge thanks to Adam for this. Pours deep copper and thick, off-white head that disappears quickly. Nose is big “green”, bitter hoppy, and there’s no place left for anything else. In taste I get some saison character, but the hops rule that too. Closes with long lasting, lingering bitterness, has light body and is easy to drink. A bit weird and the hop profile is strange too, but I dig it.

Bottle from Sterk Amsterdam. Hoppy and malty aroma with orange, citrus peel, nicely hopped with sweetish fruit, mild caramel. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter with a medium body. I don't get any farmhouse notes but as a Red IPA this works.

250ml on tap at the brewpub Butcher's Tears. Hazed brown body, filmy layer, lacing rings down the glass. Brown malty nose with a piney touch. Mixed taste of brown malts, citrus and some impact of yeasty fruitiness. Malt-fruity ending, bittersweet. Rounded mouthfeel. Likable. (Amsterdam 09.03.2018).
