Can picked up at the brewery. Deep chocolate brown pour. Sits virtually black. Slim ring of dense glossy beige foam. Bitter roast. Dark chocolate. Hints of coffee and caramel. Taste is nicely bitter with a creamy-ish sweetness. Plenty of body and flavour. Bitter chocolate finish. Nice one. Tasty and easy drinking.

Cask @ King's Yard Micropub, Shifnal. Nearly black with a light-brown creamy head. Has a decent floral-infused roasted malt aroma and taste at an easy stout strength.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a clear almost black colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is roasty, light floral. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter and sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, earthy, herbal, light chocolate, light liqourice bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
