Bottle at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a dark brown colour with a frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, chocolate, coffee, aclohol. The flavour is strong liqourice bitter with a big smooth rich roasty, strong alcoholic, light fruit palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. I’d like to say the alcohol is well hidden but it isn’t. It totally dominates the beer.
