This is a dry wood-fermented tart cherry beer, blended from two beers and refermented in stainless to spund (naturally carbonate). 7.1% ABV. Deep pink, tart rather than sour, lightly funky and totally cherry-y!

Beetroot juice with a candy floss head by the looks! Smells lovely and tastes fabulous, tart (cherry) fruit with a vanilla edge to it and some dry, oaked bitterness in the finish

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingman. A mostly cleardeep plummy crimson coloured pour with a frothy pink head. Aroma is funky sour cherry fruit, fleshy berries, oak, fruit pips. Something a little off about the nose maybe butyric. and hot alcohol. Flavour is composed of woody cherry, oak, oxidised, more butyric, bitter bark. Palate is tannin, tart, moderate carbonation. Bit of a miss for SMOD here.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from All Good Beer. Pours vibrant deep red with a frothy, pink head. Light to medium sweet with a decent kick of tangy cherry, fleshy berries, a touch of diacetyl perhaps, seedy bitterness, a little bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Semi-sweet finish, more juicy cherry, mellow tartness. Enjoyable.

Can. Greenshop Bottle Shop, Sheffield. Light haze on a deep, raspberry jelly purple. Noisy, vivid pink foam fully dissipates. Nose has Cherry Lip sweets. Cherry stone. Touch of linament. Hint of oak. Green wood stalk. Taste has a rich vanilla sweetness. Gets tart, dry, and lightly bitter. Super smooth mouthfeel. Medium body. Fine carbonation. Tart, dry, and woody bitterness to finish.
