Bottled (thanks Tore B!). Deep brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is roasted, coffeeish, chocolaty and some mild wooden tones. Flavour is floral, chocolaty, caramel and mild coffee tones with some sweet stinging alcohol as well. Thin palate, yet rather big beer.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 24 Sep 2015) Dark brown colour, almost black, with brief off-white head. Malty, roasted nose with coffee, chocolate, vanilla and dark bread. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, raisins, a touch of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and a generous coffee bitterness in the finish. Full body, with balanced sweetness. Quite a brilliant imperial stout with lots of flavours and in surprisingly good balance for its strength. Lovely beer!
