Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen (04/07/2024) - Resinous bitter piney hoppy with some underlying citrus fruity notes, sweet caramel malty base, sticky resinous bitter hoppy close. Nice wests coaster.

Aroma is mild flowery IPA ish, good balance, a little bit of hay, balanced but very boring. Flavor is in fact a very good IPA with a good malty base and good bitter flavorful hops. the malts are clean malty sweet, not too bitter nutty and the hops are sort of juicy and herbal, flowery, but unfortunately not entirely west-coasty super tasty. Tastes like an European ipa done just right, almost to perfection, but won't match up with an american IPA.
