Bottle as No. 560, 7.0 %. Pours hazy orange with huge white head. Aroma is malt, sour orange, grapefruit, mandarin and caramel. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of fudge, orange, brown sugar and hints of anise.

7.2% version, No. 573. Same hops. Very hazy gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth and has modest carbonation. Soft and slightly dry malts, light creamy sweetness. Ripe orange and a trace of marmalade. Smooth floral richness, mildly bitter. Smooth pine. Hmmmm! Not exactly a hop bomb this, but I quite like the smoothness.

Draught, 7.7% at KØ16. Fruity and yeasty aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is malty and nicely creamy. Good body.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, dried fruit - honey, moderate hoppy, light citrus - orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dried fruit - honey, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, yeast - floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160520]
