Dry hopped with Barbe Rouge hops from France, but using Italian Pilsner hopping techniques, “By-The-Sea” is as crisp as a cool dip in the Mediterranean.

On tap at the Oakland Arbor location. Aroma is fairly grain forward with a nice bready note. Medium light herbal, grassy hop notes with a bit of a floral character and hints of alcohol. Pours a very clear, light gold color with a small, thick, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with nice bready grain notes. Light bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Light grassy, herbal hop notes. Hints of a floral character. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation and a crisp, dry finish. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid pilsner. Very clean, crisp and dry. Nice malt notes with a balanced bitterness and hop notes.
