Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5

Has a pretty strong initial fruity hops aroma, bigger than i usually get from black IPAs. Roast usually takes over. There is still plenty of roast though, maybe a little coffee. Black pour with decent head. Bitter end with light hol tang, but it's the bitterness that sticks with you. Nice, their best on my visit. Tap at Vallarta location.

Clear reddish mahogany, small tan head, good lacing. B Aaron's is roast, pine, hint of ash. Flavor is light sweet, quite bitter. Medium body 4,7,6 4,13

Brown colour, decent piney hop nose, ned body and a bit husky, but with a fair bit of bitterness.
