Opalescent pale golden colour, minimal creamy ecru-ish white head; aroma of grapefruit, orange juicy, resiny, tropical fruity and biscuity notes; taste of hoppy bitterness with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma and some marmalade; good one

Tangerine and caramel. Plenty of booze in the finish here. Bitter end, a lot more body than most hazies. Hazy Golden pour without much head but decent lacing. Tap at brewery.

Fairly hazy orange coloured body with a large, three to four centimetre tall rich tan head that stays afloat nicely and leaves a thin lace on the sides. Aroma of mangoes, papaya, citrus fruits, flowers and peppery notes with a good deal of malt as well, showing some alcohol scents as well, right at the end. Medium to Full-bodied; Rich malts dominate with a big kick of citrus fruits, mangoes, melons and some bitter and fairly astringent cleanser notes towards the end, with a big dose of hay and grassiness towards the end that shows some more of the complexities of the hops. Aftertaste is deep, robust and very well-balanced, with the hops and the malt - which is large on both fronts, with a pervasive bitterness and some heavy warmth from all the alcohol, as you might expect. Overall, pretty nice, but fairly deep, and while this doesn't seem close to ten per cent, it shows more than eight - however the balance is right, the fruitiness is great and the bitterness is the best here - old school and not hiding! Great to sample locally and fresh! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Arlington (Ballson), Virginia on 26-February-2021 for US$6,49, brewed on 27-January-2021, less than a month earlier, sampled at my house here in Washington on 07-March-2021.
