Bottled. Quite similar to the basic 600, but this one has some vanillaish and slightly more spicy notes. Also this one is a bit more mellowed out compared to the basic version.

Bottle @ Home. Pours pitch black, no head just some light brown foam around the egdes. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, brown sugar, chocolate, little licorice, wood, light red wine. Flavor is sweet, light spicy, roast malt, caramel, sugar, light earthy, wood, redwine, port wine, dark fruit, alcohol. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, sweet light spicy finish with warming alcohol. 220918

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, rough light brown head. MASSIVE barrel aroma, but I couldn't really tell that it was red wine though - thought it was Scottish whisky! Slightly tart in the nose, booze present as well. Rich, malty, roasty and charred flavours, lowish carbonation. The woody notes are still very much present in the flavour, combined with a slight tartness. Not too shabby. 100118

Bottled. A black beer with a fast disappearing brown head. The aroma has notes of bourbon, roasted malt, alcohol, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, alcohol, chocolate, and bourbon, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

[ As Det Lille Bryggeri 600 Barrel Aged ].Dark black color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark fruit - berry, wood, soy sauce, licorice. Flavor is light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dark fruit, dried fruit - berry, roasted, chocolate, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160519]

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, citric and berries. Lingering fruity. Dry and roasted. Smooth fruity and dry and overripe fruity finish.

Bottle at KØ16. Fruity and spicy aroma. Black colour. Almost no head. The flavour is fruity with a liquorice note, some jam, booze.

DØE. Black with a tiny beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, dried fruit, light red wine and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily. 190516
