Continuous Refinement is a new series for us to experiment with new hops/hop products, yeast strains, and brewing techniques. Continuous Refinement #1 features equal parts Eureka Cryo & Mosaic in the mash and dry-hop for notes of dank berries. #1 was fermented with yeast specialized in producing high amounts of aromatic compounds called thiols that are reminiscent of guava, passion fruit, grapefruit zest, and New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The end product is a very aromatic, tropical IPA.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy golden yellow, small white head, great lacing. Aroma is dank, potty, weed, guava, armpit. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Light body.
