Phantasm IPA DDH with Motueka and Mosaic Cryo

This IPA uses a new R&D product from our friends at Freestyle Hops: SubZero Hop Kief. It concentrates all of the aromatic lupulin from Motueka hops without any of the "green" material. The result is an even bolder hop aroma, with less of the harshness that comes from ever-higher dry hopping rates! We paired it with balancing additions of Phantasm (for tropical fruit notes) and Mosaic (for dank herbaceousness)!

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Tap. Pours cloudy yellow, large white head, fluffy with great lacing. Aroma is white grape, pot, passionfruit, hint of armpit. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Medium body. No burn.
