On tap at the Oakland location. Aroma is classic SARA funk. Lots of apricot, cherry and green grape notes with lighter notes of lemon and hints of tropical fruit. Light grain notes and hints of alcohol. Faint peppery phenolics and a bit of a light herbal hop note. Pours a somewhat clear golden color with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with a light acidity and light grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Faint herbal hop notes and peppery phenolics. Moderate notes of apricots, cherry, green grapes and lemon. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid saison from SARA with all it's classic fermentation notes but kicked up a notch and a bit fruitier. Super tasty and easy drinking. Rather complex even without any barrel character.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is brett, floral, wood. Slick body, lemon zest, brett, wood, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Aroma is notes of field grass, Brett, mineral water, lemon, dust. Flavor is lightly tart, light bright Brett, dusty mineral notes. Light body, soft mouthfeel. Very nice. 5,8,8,5,17
