Biggie’s signature catchphrase is something like “dew what you gotta dew” — so we gave into our cravings for something right out of a gringo-centric fast food chain for this newest concoction in the series. Taking some south of the border inspiration, it features heaps of lime, pineapple, and kiwi, with some added spirulina for color. Soda-inspired sour ale, if you will.

Can. Pours opaque ghost green, small white head, touch of lacing. Aroma is pineapple, lime, lactose. Flavor is light tart, light plus sweet, weird. Merlin body. Not beer

Poured from a 16 oz can dated April 15, 2022. Aroma is very fruity with lots of kiwi, pineapple, and lactose. Lighter notes of key lime and faint spirulina notes. Hints of grain and alcohol notes. Pours a murky, ectoplasm color with a small, thin, slightly off-white head that recedes quickly to the edges and disappears. Faint lacing and moderate length legs. Flavor is very sweet with lots of lactose notes and hints of grain and acidity. Light bitterness and light alcohol notes. Lots of kiwi and lighter notes of pineapple and key lime. Hints of spirulina. Mouthfeel is full bodied with low carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer. Very fruity with a lot of sweetness and hints of acidity. It's a fun, albeit slightly off putting color.
