A rustic, complex and tart old style saison fermented in three sweet wine oak barrels for ten months.

Bottle at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very complex, with loads of oak, a touch of leather and Belgian yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with oak upfront, followed by wild yeast and leather. Complex and wonderfully structured. Excellent.

Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral grassy hoppy, zesty lemon citrus, ight palate, dry finish. Lovely.

On tap at CBC 2016. Pours a hazy amber with full head. Aromas of funky Brett, honey, and lemon, Flavors follow pretty much the same with sweetened lemons balancing the tartness. Very refreshing and easy to drink A sour for a hot day.

On tap at BrewDog Malmö. Hazy yellow with a small head. Medium sour with citrus, funk, light lime and some hay. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Draught @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Light hazy deep hazy hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, apple skin, light grain, pineapple and white pepper. Taste is very light sweet and light to medium sour with notes of lemon, apple skin and light grain. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice!
