On tap @ Bakgården både &. Unclear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is acidic fruity, berries and hint of Brett. Flavor is quite refreshing, sour fruit/berries with some sweet malt and hint of yoghurt with mild Brett. Medium body and aftertaste. Decent and easy drinkable but ends a bit anonymous within its style.

Bakgården Både & 240916. Golden-yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is yeast, funk, citrus, grass. Flavour is yeast, funk, citrus, grass, sourness. Easy drinkable OK beer.

On tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours cloudy pale yellow, small white head. Sweetish, malty, light fruit, yeast, slightly acidic. Light bodied. Didn’t work out for me.

Sample glass @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Rocket 50/50 ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dough, baking yeast, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart citrus, baking yeast, dough. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160520]

DØE. Hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light fruity and light yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Sweet and slightly acidic finish. 200516

[5/14/16] Draught at Taphouse in Copenhagen. Pale yellow. Aroma is grainy, a bit lemony. Dry flavor, slightly tart, grainy, a bit lemony.

Draught, shared with Skinnyviking at Taphouse. Late straw coloured body, snow white head. Mild smell of dried fruit, hints of grainy malts. Flavoured with sour grass, grain and vegetables. Nothing to get too exciting about (Copenhagen 15.05.2016).

Draught at KØ16. Mild caramelly aroma. Very pale yellow colour, cloudy with almost no head. The flavour is quite acidic, lemony with a mildly acid burn in the finish.

Tap@ taphouse. Thanks Jan! Pours pale golden with a thin white head. Grainy malty, dusty aroma. Flavor has citrus juice, floral notes, hay. Crisp. Refreshing.
