Cask. Mild fruity and creamy aroma. Hazy amber colour. Good stable creamy off-white head. Distinct raw liquorice taste, not bitter, though. Then comes some fruit and acid in ok balance. More fruit in the finish. Starts off quite powerful but mellows out after a bit.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, thanks to jackl. It pours clear amber with a small bubbly white head. The nose is earth, light citrus, faint spice, light barnyard and leather. The taste is pithy citrus, wood, leather, floral notes and hay with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Smooth and easy drinking.
