This Black IPA is a single hop nod to the combination of orange notes from Amarillo with a complex combination of caramelized and roasted malts. The taste is reservedly bitter from both a healthy kettle hop addition and the dark malt bill, this culminates in a beer which is a storm for the senses but still perfectly smashable. Find a new use for Amarillo beyond yellow and hazy beers in this modern take on a craft beer classic, Cheers!

Can from Beer52. Dark brown pour with beige head. Aroma of citrus, light flora, roasted malt, hint of liquorice. Taste of orange zest, caramel, light roast. Its a bit on the thin side so flavour comes and goes rather quickly. Very drinkable though.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A cola brown pour with a scant white head; malty aroma; thin in the mouth with a sugary malt taste; and a pleasant bitterness adding some citrus notes to the finish.
