Draft at Milk and Hops-Chelsea. Hazy golden pour with a small white head and lots of coating, spotty lacework. Citrus and grassy aroma with some melon notes, and that classic HF yeast as well. Tastes clean and a little bitter. Fruit, yeast, and grass. Balanced. Nice crisp, dry finish. Clean, soft mouthfeel. Really quality.

Draught @ Alewife. Hazy pale yellow with small foamy off-white head, fresh lemon aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter lemon peel taste, smooth body, well-balanced longish lemon finish. So refreshing and tasty.

Tap. Doc Ponds, Stowe, VT. Very hazy, yellow gold. Thin, sticky, white head. Nose has pithy citrus. Lots of orange and sweet lemon. Notes of nectarine and a little white grape. Clean and dry malt background. Taste is soft, juicy, citrus rind bitter. Light dryness. Soft, juicy mouthfeel. Light bitter finish. Smashable.

Tap into shotglass showing moderately filtered honey yellow with half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows a lot of mango and guava. Very juicy and clean. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Flavors of clean guava with lighter notes of pear and kiwi. Light bitterness on the finish.

Tasting at Matt’s
Blond color, a bit too cloudy, but Matt always shakes the bottles like a cocktail blender. Plenty of hop goodness, citrus zest, piney hops. Very dry mouthfeel, the malt is a bit absent, but the hopping is excellent, zesty, and pungent in the final.
Very nice.

750mL growler, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri), pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is super fresh, with loads of fresh floral hoppiness, dough and biscuity malt. Flavour is extremely fresh, with loads of gentle floral hopping, a touch of resins, and soft doughy malts. No astringency on the finish, just wonderful dryness, pillowy doughyness and light hops. Phenomenal stuff.
