Draught, Pensacola
Hazy dull amber. Perfumey, orangey aroma. Strong. Lots of florals, banana. Some late alcoholic dryness. 3-6-7-4-14 = 3.4
Draught, Destin
Cloudy beige. Thin head. Floral, perfumey aroma with fresh apples. Clean, dry, nice apple/pear character with hints of spice. Much more refined than the Pensacola version. 7.4%. 3-7-7-4-15 = 3.6

On tap at Florida Brewers Guild Fest 2007. Poured cloudy straw color with off white head. It has a sweet almost honey aroma with some sharp lemon like citrus notes. The flavor is sweet. It’s a bit too sweet with maybe candi sugar and something else. Also some yeast and lemon like citrus was noticeable in the aroma.
