gefunden in einem Bio-Supermarkt Es ist ein durchaus gefälliges Kölsch, das auch Bio ist, aber sonst etwas flach rüberkommt. Es lässt sich gut trinken und ist auch ein gut erfrischender Durstlöscher, aber mir fehlt es einfach an Tiefgang.

Swing top bottle from Kölschtrinker. Pale golden color. Soft grassy chloride aroma and flavor. A moderate but persistant hopbitterness. Maybe a bit thin.

Bottle from Erzengel - thank you! Foamy white head left a spotty cover & collar on a translucent pale golden body. Grain, bread, wheat & faint malt aroma. Medium to thin bodied, sharp, crisp & clean. Bready tasting - quite sweet with grain, malt, metallic & fruity finish.

Bottle from the brewery. Clear gold with a fine, medium high head. Grainy malt, lemon, herbal nose is nice. Flavor is simple, malty, lightly herbal, medium sweet, light minerals. Touch of oxidation. Ok.

500 ml bottle. Clear golden, foamy head. A lot of grain, hay and straw, metal, citrus. Metallic bitterness, malty sweetness. Light bodied, watery oily texture, soft carbonated, dry bitter finish. Okay.

From tap at the brewery. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Malty aroma, caramel, grain, light straw. Sweet and light bitter taste. Light oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle (thanks roman). Pours golden. Aroma is sweet, ggrains, cafamel. Flavor is sweet and bitter, grains, malt, caramel, some cardboard. Overall: ok.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grainy, cereal, a bit grassy. Taste is sweet, grainy, cereals. Oily mouthfeel with slightly fizzy carbonation. Ok Kölsch, a bit sweet.
