Lithuanian Farmhouse Beer
Garden Of Light was brewed with a generous portion of Oat Malt from our friends at LINC Malting, and was hopped in the kettle with Willamette then dry-hopped with Talus Cryo and Citra. Garden of Light was fermented with a farmhouse yeast originating from Lithuania, creating a light and citrusy beer perfect for the summer vibes ahead.

2024 version with Kohatu, El Dorado and Nelson on tap at BPBW '24, Friday session. Intenzíven savas, már-már túlzón, viszont ezt valahogy egyensúlyozza egy kellemes gabonás édességgel, amivel a végére kijön egy erős X azért

[notes] Poured from the tap @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Clear-ish blonde with huge white head. Saison yeast, slightly bland, feint pepper, average.

Draft 13 oz pour at Special Brews. Pale golden pour, somewhat cloudy, patchy head and lacing. Has some soft funk that compliments well with the hop bill. Cool grassy amd somewhat tropical hops. Long, cool, and refreshing finish. Light feel, but very flavorful. Love the standout hop character in this very obvious saison. Very good brew.

5oz shared with Phill and Matt during Zwanze 2022. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: dirty farmhouse notes that you could find in many Baltic countries beers, unfermentd wort. Taste: along the same lines, quite dirty like many of the Eastern Europe beers could taste like. Finishes with noticeable bitterness. Overall: meh.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a hazy blonde with a monstrous head with very long retention. Aroma is full of unfermented wort, bright rustic saison yeast, and a good dose of bittering hops. Flavour is rustic and nicely funky, with hay, some horse blanket, and plenty of rustic notes. Hopped well, with above average carbonation. Very good.
