Seth Klaun is our favorite farmer / astronaut and a big reason why our beer tastes so good. He built his maltings on his family's ancestral Farm and provides us with not only world class malt, But also an ability to make 100% Oregon grown beer. Brewed with toasted Mecca Grade Estate Metolius malt, this beer's backbone is courtesy of our Cowboy up the road. Thanks Seth!

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours an opaque dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is raw and earthy, with lots of twigs galore. Flavour is full of very sour notes, tons or twigs, and earthiness. Too sour and twiggy. Not great.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a red hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour berries and sweet grains with oak and a bit of funk supporting. Flavor has sour dark fruits and light lemon with funk and a bit of oak in the finish.

12.7 oz corked and caged. Aroma has notes of brett, vanilla, wood, lemon, dusty basements, overripe dark fruit. Pours hazy amber with a one finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste is moderately to highly sour (8/10) and a little sweet, finishing slightly dry. Perfectly carbonated mouthfeel. Awesome beer.
