Draught, smallish creamy head, coal black colour, aroma of ginger and cola with chocolate behind, ginger earthy flavor with some coffee cola and a bit of chocolate, light Sweetness and a hint of bitterness, unpleasant mouthfeel. Not that great.

440ml can. Poured almost black in colour with a very thin off-white head. The aroma is roasty, big ginger. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, big spicy ginger, warm alcohol bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average carbonation.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.4%. Black colour, large tan head. Aroma of malts, caramel, chocolate and gingerbread. Sweet flavour but not cloying, notes of roast malts, chocolate, caramel and syrup, distinct notes of gingerbread, with a moderate ginger burn. Moderate bittering hops.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of malt and cloves, with touches of yeast and cinnamon. Bitter, roasty flavour with touches of cake and notes of cloves, cinnamon, and caramel. Spicy and roasty aftertaste with estery and malty notes. Creamy and decent.

Black with a khaki cap that retains well.
Nose is chocolate, dark malts, light spice, fruit esters.
Taste comprises chocolate melt, hint of ginger, toffee, toasted brown sugar.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced spike of alcohol.
Okay impy stout if rather 1D.

Aroma: Strong ginger with roasted malt.
Flavour: Strong ginger and sweet malt with light caramel notes. Aftertaste is ginger and malty sweetness with an alcoholic warm mouthfeel.
Colour: Black with an offwhite head.

The gingerbread adds a bit of a kick, and the spice does mean it's not an ordinary tasting stout. Sweet enough in its said flavour and tasty it hides its strength well.

Large foamy tan head on a dark brown body. Clove & ginger aroma Medium bodied, smooth followed by foamy dry back. Malt, demerara, honey, & clove tastes with a big ginger finish. Festive! 🧑‍🎄
