Pours slightly hazed pale yellow into a willi. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Citrus and hay aromas. Crisp with sweet bread and straw upfront turning to earthy pith in the dry, medium length finish.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Almost clear paleish gold beer, small white head. Smooth palate, modest fine carbonation. Smooth and sweetish pale malts, very light grain. Modest floral hop, whisper of pine. Light finish. Not a bad cask lager, wants to be crisper with a little more hop bite.

Cask at GBBF 2023 - Day 1. Pours clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet, pleasant dried biscuits, lemon peel, pale bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish, more dried haircuts, soft grass, straw. Good.
