Botted@Café Mandela, CPH. Black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is toasted, some floral and fruity hops, mild toasted and toffeeish notes. Flavour is ashes, toffee, roasted malts, coffee and some alcohol to it.

0,4 flaske fra Meny Borups alle, i lejligheden torsdag aften jan-18: brundort med tæt cremeskum der varer helt til bunden. Kaffe, røstet malt, lakridschokolader, brent sukker samt en anelse røg og anis. Fyldig, varmende og lækker. Halvtør afslutning med fin bitterhed. Et røverkøb til kr. 29.

40cl bottle - yup! Pitch black pour with a tall tan head that is slow to rise to the surface. Notes of roasted malts, burnt coffee, molasses, licorice, burnt caramel, rich dark chocolate and a dark fruit bitterness and perfume in the aftertaste. Full body, medium carbonation and a rich cocolate bitter finish. A great RIS.

Black with a lasting tan head. Massive aroma of licorice, chocolate, toffee and faint hints of smoke and soy sauce, with a nice fruity overtone. Sweet, roasted flavour with licorice dominating. The smoked note really plays along with my pork chop.

Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Nørrebro The Evil ].Clear dark black brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, light toffee - butterscotch. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160519]

CBC. Very dark brown with medium brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, liquorice and salt liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, salt liquorice, medium sweet, hop and medium bitter.
