We’ve harnessed a world of flavour within the confines of the can. Our Imperial Stout has been allowed to mellow in toasted American white oak barrels for 12 months.

Toasting oak brings out natural compounds that envoke vanilla and caramel. We’ve come complimented these notes and made it our own with the addition of Canadian maple syrup, and Madagascar vanilla beans for an unmistakeable tasting experience.

Very dark brown. A bit oaky, rich dark fruits, light coffee. Big body, full coffee and chocolate and a whack of dark fruits. I've seen dates melted down into Omani halva in Nakhl, and this isn't that far off. Maybe smokier or at least more burnt.

Black , fast fading tan head. Nose of alcohol, dark roast, oak. Similar palate, complex/full bodied. Too boozy as it warms. Subdued oak

473mL can, pours jet black with a medium brown head. Aroma is rich, with lots of oak barrels, followed by gentle maple syrup (thankfully) and a hint of vanilla. Flavour is extremely rich, with lots of rich roasted malt, maple syrup, deep oak, and burnt sugars. Nothing subtle about this -- very big, rich, deep flavours finishing on plenty of oak. Very tasty, if a bit over the top.

Poured from 473mL can @ Weathered 2023. Near black with minimal beige head. Oaky, hint of woody toast, chocolate. The oak is a little bit young tasting, but decent overall.

473 ml can. Pours black with full tan head. Aromas of black coffee, oak, postage stamp, soy sauce and roasted malts. Flavors of black coffee, powdery dark chocolate, custard, vanilla, dry oak, and oily roasted malts. Deep and complex without being overly sweet. Excellent.
