Can.Golden colour with large white fluffy head.Aroma of citrus and grass light body and a bit thin overall.

Canned 330ml. -from Carrefour Express Bologna airport as Ceres Mosaic IPA. Clear darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, light hoppy nose. Sweet malty, fruity, light citrusy hoppy and touch of caramel with bitter finish. Good for industrial ipa.

Can, 0.33l. Aroma is citrusy, herbal, grainy, piney and tropical fruity. Pours clear amber color with medium sized soapy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet bready and caramelly, follows by citrus, stone fruit and herbs, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Nice one...

Can. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Notes of bread, malt, earthy, orange, citrus.

17 August 2019. At Gents Bierfestival X. Cheers to Anke, Kevin & the crew! Clear golden-amber, lasting, thin, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of pink grapefruit, red apple, mango, grain, caramel, cake, bit oxidized. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of ripe apple & pear, bit caramelly, bitter grapefruit, herbal touch & nutty maltiness. Dryish, earthy hoppy finish, lingering ripe apple, dried orange & cake. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Bitter enough but slightly too malty and not very aromatic for what it aims to be. Accidentally bought the alias Ceres Mosaic IPA, bottle from Conad supermarket in Assisi. Mostly biscuit, peanut & yeast, vague wort. Sweet malty biscuity profile, low fruit, yeast, bit earthy hoppy & dry malty. Surprisingly my score was the same.

Golden with thin head. Aroma and flavour are quite sweet and malty. Too sweet. A bitl like a strong lager.

lattina 33 cl, alias Ceres Mosaic IPA, schiuma bianco sporco media grana media persistenza, colore ambrato limpido, al naso intenso frutta tropicale passionfruit agrumi caramello, in bocca è corposa nonostante i soli 5,7% caramello frutta tropicale pompelmo, corpo rotondo, oily, carbonazione leggera, dolce con amaro moderato. Sorpresa, non male industrialotta ma molto buona. c. Simply Market Numama, b. Campeggio Green Garden Sirolo 02.07.19

Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty oxidized, some canned mango, bit sweet and fruity, caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, caramel, soft bitterness, oxidized, caramel, some butterscotch, bitter notes, caramel touch.

500 ml can, from SPAR Aalbæk. ABV is 5.7%. IBU is 45. Clear deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of pine, spruce and spicy and fruity hops. Medium dry flavour, with notes of pine, dust, metal and grapefruit.
