25cl bottle 2016 tasted feb 2024 hazy yellow, few clear bubbles as head aroma of sweet honey mead with finer refreshing mint like herbal notes also. a bit of earthy notes. fainter sweet woody notes. no oxidation even though the bottle is not new. complex but still very meady, lovely aroma. flavor is sweet honey, some woody and slighly oxidized notes, flowers, faint fresh red fruits fruitiness, pretty nice mead flavor, more complex than just fermented honey, but the complexity does not hold back the honey, complements it.

Bottle at Magnumpalooza. Pours a pale gold with no head. The aroma is vanilla, honey, oak, bourbon. Slick body, light sweetness, oak, boozy finish, very good.

Bottle shared at Sahtipaja tasting @ kwartje. Hazy pale golden with no head. Sweet honey, very floral, chamomile, bourbon, vanilla, cinnamon, Belgian waffle, lemon peel. Big sweet, light spicy booze, moderate bitter. Medium body and low carbonation.

Amazing! Lemon/orange/floral/pear/apple/vanilla/cream/toffee/coconut/bourbon/toasted oak/honey; lt cinn/pepper. Sweet/full body. Slt acid/tannin drying. No cloying. Min warmth. Insanely smooth sipper. Phenomenal show mead! Glad I have more to try soon.

Thnx to SinH4. Backlog rating. Pours clear blonde, pale and light. No foam, naturally. Smell is intense, very funky honey. Taste is full, sweet, funky honey, very natural, floral, mild boozy touch, , thick syrupy body. very nice

Hazy pale yellow. Berry and honey nose. Sweet sugary start, Scandinavian red juice, slightly sticky sweet, a bit too much so.

Sample. Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma is flowers, aroma, vanilla, bourbon. Body is medium, sweet, lots of honey, quite classical, still flowers. Very pleasant and nicely balanced. Good!

Aroma is slight bourbon and rum, intense honey, intense oak, slight flowers. Taste is sweet honey, some spices in the finish, also bitter molasses. Also some alcohol. Very smooth. Quaffable. Tasty.
