Fresh Hop. This beer was brewed with Pilsner and Two Row malts, flaked barley, and rolled oats. We used a massive amount of wet, green, Citra hops picked just hours before brewing by our good friends @carpenterhops in Granger, WA. Fresh Citra was used throughout the entire brewing process to extract as much flavor and aroma as possible. It was then fermented with one of our favorite British Ale strains.

Slight haze, just a thin head, couple bubbles, the yeast is kicking off a few phenols, and there’s lots of pale malt, decent bitterness but still a lot of sweetness, sulphur notes and phenols.
