Draught. Reddish amber colour with a small white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is honey, some candy sugar, mild sweet malts, bread and some juniper. Flavour is juniper, some sweet malts, mild bread, honey and some quite herbal notes. No flaws in this one, must be quite fresh.

Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2019. Slightly hazy amber with an off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, dark, dried fruits and a herbal sweetness from honey. Taste is sweet. Short sweet finish. Uninspiring.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear reddish brown with a very fizzy, dissipating beige head. Nose has dark, dried fruit, burned caramel and a wee hint of roast. Rich, malty body, kinda nice, initial sweetness balanced by a thin line of lactic infection as always from Birkerød, but this time it's actually still drinkable. I would call it a Wee Heavy. 100118
