Bottled. Reddish black (kinda coca cola) colour with a mediumsized off-white fluffy head. Aroma is mildly roasted with some chocolate, slight sour wood and mild biscuity tones. Flavour is roasted, chocolate, some bitterness and a slight tartness lurking. Otherwise good, but the soury tones feels like they're unintentional.

Bottle @ Home. Pours very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, light chocolate, little dark fruit. Flavor is light sour, roasted malt, little bread, chocolate, little fruit. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, dry and light sour finish. 110717

Bottle courtesy of Ernesto D. Il gusto al naso approda al cioccolato e caffè. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una buona tenuta ed è di color ocra. Le bollicine sono fini. Il colore del liquido è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio e l'amaro è medio: non si surclassano. L'intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma riporta sentori di miele, biscotto, cioccolato, caffè e liquirizia.

Bottle. Almost black, small beige head. Roasted aroma, whiffs of alcohol. Sweet flavour, roasted malt and chocolate. Notes of smoke in the finish.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark red amber colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Some coffee, lactose and roast. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle at KØ15. Good roasted aroma, hint of liquorice? Very dark brown colour, red shine, seems clear. Almost no head. Fruity flavour, winegum. Medium bitterness.
